From September 29th to October 19th, 2025, I had the privilege of participating in the BSCOS Orthopediatrics Consultant Travelling Fellowship. This journey took me to two of the United States’ leading pediatric hospitals: Texas Children’s Hospital and St. Louis Children’s Hospital. Along the way, I met some of the most respected names in pediatric orthopaedics, including Simon Kelley, Pablo Castaneda, Scott Rosenfeld, Pooya Hosseinzadeh, and the legendary Perry Schoenecker. T
